Refund Policy

Reservations may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled rental time.

Approved cancellations will receive a refund of the amount paid, minus a 10% processing and administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the reservation start time are not eligible for a refund, but the client will be able to change the reservtion date.

If Bici Club Uruguayo is unable to provide the reserved service, a full refund will be issued.

By completing a reservation, the customer agrees to this refund policy.
